The Company provides firm-wide client development training, CLEs and 1:1 rainmaker coaching for individuals. Although David is the lead resource for the company, he adds resources as needed from a wide range of affiliated independent contractors, the Advisory Group.* The company works with lawyers, law firms and C-level executives of firms of all sizes, from AmLaw 100 to sole practitioners. David brings over 20 years experience of hiring legal services, growing different businesses in various national and international sectors, training groups in marketing, coaching individuals and writing on the subject of business development.

In many cases, as Chairman, CEO or Board member David Keller made the hiring decision of which law firm to engage. David knows the external factors that go into a successful relationship that grows a firm’s revenue. With three international executive coaching certifications, David also knows how to support and enhance an individual’s internal dynamic to optimize his or her client effectiveness and work-life balance. David draws on his many years of corporate management, selling, marketing, advertising, promotion, public relations and solving problems in order to resolve business growth issues that result in satisfied clients and improved revenue.
